Materiality and KPIs
Optimus Group has identified its material issues (materiality) based on its corporate philosophy and changes in the business environment, with the aim of enhancing medium- to long-term corporate value and contributing to a sustainable society.
We have established KPIs (key performance indicators) for these material issues and are steadily advancing initiatives across the Group.
Materiality Identification Process
Considering global sustainability frameworks, societal expectations, and the risks and opportunities surrounding our business, Optimus Group has determined the material issues to be addressed at the Group level.
Specifically, we evaluated each issue from the perspectives of relevance to our business activities, impact on society, and importance to medium- to long-term corporate value. The proposed material issues were reviewed by the Sustainability Promotion Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors.
